Scottish Government lowers Project Bank Account thresholds

Scottish Government is delivering on its Economic Action Plan by lowering Project Bank Account thresholds. This will allow more subcontractors to benefit from prompt and protected payments on another £250m of public construction contracts.

We have published a policy note to explain the changes that come into effect on 19 March 2019.
