We have published two new construction policy notes.
CPN 8/2020 draws attention to the publication of Chapter 3 of the Construction Phase Handbook, this gives an overview of the client’s role in achieving quality, particularly during the construction phase.
CPN 9/2020 updates guidance on contract payment terms and on the use of Construction Procurement Route 1A in public sector construction procurement.
This information must be brought to the attention of all those involved in the procurement or delivery of construction activities.
