Legislative and system changes – SPPN 2/2024

We have published a new Scottish Procurement Policy Note (SPPN) on changes to Scottish procurement legislation and minor system updates to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS).

The changes to Scottish procurement legislation reflect updates to various International Trade Agreements and fulfil international obligations. The minor changes to PCS are a result of the UK’s accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement.
