Changes to Scotland’s public procurement legislation

We have developed a comprehensive reference pack which provides detailed information on the changes to procurement legislation introduced in Scotland on 18 April 2016. This has been created to help procurement practitioners and other stakeholders understand the changes. The pack makes reference to the following legislation:

  • Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
  • Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014
  • Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016
  • Concessions Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016
