Reshaping Care for Older People: Getting On
September 19, 2013 by cfop No Comments | Category Uncategorized
Reshaping Care for Older People: A Programme for Change 2011-2021 sets out our vision – that ‘Older people are valued as an asset, their voices are heard and they are supported to enjoy full and positive lives in their own home or in a homely setting’.
In autumn 2013 we produced an update paper, “Getting On“. This sets out some of the key developments and achievements at national and local level towards reshaping care for older people. It also acknowledges some of the challenges ahead and introduces a new logic model for measuring progress. To accompany the update paper, a plain English summary leaflet is available.
