Save the Date: ‘Living well in Later Life and Think Frailty’ Conference

The Improvement Network for Integrated Care and Support is delighted to announce an exciting two day learning event; ‘Living well in Later Life and Think Frailty’ taking place on 26th – 27th October at Heriot Watt Conference Centre in Edinburgh. Please see attached the ‘Save the Date’ Flyer for further information.
The event is aimed at:
Ø practitioners and managers from NHS Boards
Ø integration authorities
Ø older people and their carers
Ø third sector
Ø housing sector
Ø independent sector
Monday 26th October will focus on ‘Living Well in Later Life’ and Tuesday 27th October will focus on ‘Think Frailty’ For updates you can follow us on twitter: @NHS_QIHub and use #LWLL and #ThinkFrailty.
