Save the Date: ‘Living well in Later Life and Think Frailty’ Conference

The Improvement Network for Integrated Care and Support is delighted to announce an exciting two day learning event; ‘Living well in Later Life and Think Frailty’ taking place on 26^th – 27^th October at Heriot Watt Conference Centre in Edinburgh. The event is aimed at:

Ø       practitioners and managers from NHS Boards

Ø       integration authorities

Ø       older people and their carers

Ø       third sector

Ø       housing sector

Ø       independent sector
