Dear Sir/ Madam
I am a MSc (Masters) student at the University of Dundee, currently researching for my dissertation the issue of offshore UK (mostly for this study: Scotland) Underground Coal Gasification issues, from a stakeholder engagement perspective.
My questions:
1. What role will / does Marine Scotland have with respect to Underground Coal Gasification offshore of Scotland within the 12 nautical mile limit of the Crown Estate Commission?
2. Who in Marine Scotland is the best person to talk to about these matters?
