The Contract Notice for a project to address mobile ‘notspots’ has now been published.
The Scottish 4G Infill Programme: Capital Funded Mast Deployment Project is a grant funded procurement process to provide 4G coverage in some areas of Scotland where it does not yet exist.
This £25 million grant funded initiative aims to improve mobile connectivity and provide next generation digital communications across more remote and rural areas of Scotland.
It is a key activity supporting the 2017/2018 Programme for Government and the project will follow a single stage procurement process.
