We’ve issued a new Scottish Procurement Policy Note (SPPN) 8/2020.
Following consultation with suppliers, businesses and Scottish public bodies, we’re extending the provision of this relief measure. We’re urging public bodies and suppliers to work together to develop transition plans to restart contracts where it is safe and sustainable to do so aligning with the route map out of lockdown.
